Husband and wife team Leon and Sadie are the duo behind White Truffle. They are absolute food lovers and have a passion for
travelling the world together, experiencing different cuisines and methods of cooking.
Although Leon is classically trained in French & British cuisine, he is consistently developing his skill base and bringing
new ideas to White Truffle from his travels.

Alongside working at White Truffle, Leon is the team chef for the mens Welsh national football team.
We genuinely love what we do, and this really comes across in our food. We have a real passion
for creating and delivering exquisite dishes, tailored to your individual needs.
