White Truffle is a bespoke catering company based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

Although Pembrokeshire is our home, we are happy to travel to you, for a small fee.

Leon Fitzgerald and Sadie Johnson are the duo behind White Truffle. 

Previous restaurateurs with extensive experience between them, Leon and Sadie most previously ran a popular seaside restaurant called

‘The Haven Brasserie’.

Leon is a professional chef with 20 years experience in the industry. 

When Leon’s not working at White Truffle, he works for the FAW as the team chef for the mens Welsh national football team.

Sadie organises everything behind the scenes at White Truffle to ensure each event runs smoothly, 

whilst also playing an integral part of the front of house team.

We genuinely love what we do, and this really comes across in our food. We have a real passion

for creating and delivering exquisite dishes, tailored to your individual needs. 

Our team are professional, courteous, and real foodies.
