Husband and wife team Leon and Sadie Fitzgerald are the duo behind White Truffle. 

Both are absolute foodies and have a real passion for creating and serving truly memorable meals that make you smile.

Although Leon is classically trained in French & British cuisine, he is consistently widening his knowledge 

from travelling the world and experiencing different cuisines and methods of cooking.

Alongside working at White Truffle, Leon is the chef for the mens Welsh national football team.
